This Refund Policy details deposit returns and booking cancellations parameters with Picturesque Digital.

1. Deposit Returns

Advance deposits (30%) are non-refundable as they lock the creative photographer's availability for your specific date and require us to refuse other bookings on that day.

2. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your wedding date due to unforeseen emergencies, please contact us immediately. We allow date changes subject to availability in our booking calendar. An admin fee of 10% may be applied if rescheduling occurs less than 15 days before the event.

3. Force Majeure

In cases of cancellations caused by acts of God, national lockdowns, or severe natural disasters, deposit values will be held as store credit usable for any future photography event within 24 months.
